We thought this would be the best & easiest way to keep all our family & friends up to date on our day to day happenings in Whistler. We'll try to make a post each day, however we're not going to fool ourselves. We're not young fella's any more and the days are going to be long. But we'll try our best to include as many of the highlights of our adventure of a lifetime as often as possible.

We now have real time Olympic Photo's on our Blogsite

This past Nov I travelled to Whistler for menu testing and site Reccee. In our slide show you will see actual photo's of the inner workings of the kitchen and diningroom during construction. Click on the photo in the slide show so you can read the caption underneath. I must have received a hundred E-mails in the past 2 days from everyone congratulating Mike and I, and we Thank you all for your support. Two more sleep and the adventure begins for me.

    Love the photos, especially the last one...can't wait to see the new hairdo!

    Is there any chance of Gordon Ramsay popping in while checking on Araxi? Isn't that where the donkey...er...winner of the last Hell's kitchen is working?
