The Greatest Show on Earth.....

We thought this would be the best & easiest way to keep all our family & friends up to date on our day to day happenings in Whistler. We'll try to make a post each day, however we're not going to fool ourselves. We're not young fella's any more and the days are going to be long. But we'll try our best to include as many of the highlights of our adventure of a lifetime as often as possible.

  3. The judges sure were harsh. On both guys. It was a very unbalanced table. And they had to have been blind to give the plating and originality to Flay.

  7. Hey Bill
The Iron Chef was great You were a great team. But those Judges were as smart as a bag of hammers. The woman on the right I don,t like this I don't like that. May she should have stayed home. Cheryl and I enjoyed the show. Oh bring on that club sandwich. Gord

  8. I did enjoy the show last night. It was fun to watch although I did not think much of the judges. So how does it work you guys just started to cook with no real talking with one another? Did you have a plan in mind before you knew what you were cooking? Good luck in your adventure in BC. I will enjoy them

  9. Great shows guys, Michael, your food looked delicious. Those judges were abysmal and completely incompetent. Have a great time in Whistler

  12. Great job guys, you made the East Coasters proud. Avocado, you got to be kidding, what kind of surprise ingredient is that. No doubt you were surprised. I loved your recipes. Just by viewing the TV, I would rate your presentation and originality above Flay's (and I am a fan of Bobby Flay). Can't say about taste, however, it is always one person's opinion on what they like. If they didn't get the first two correct (which was quite obvious on TV) how would they get the third correct. I would love to try the soft shelled crab club sandwich. Great job guys, you have done us Maritimers proud.

  13. Bill, you have come along way from the Chief Cook at the CFSPDB (Edmonton Military Prison. Your food was always supreme and very well presented, the inmates never wanted to leave. LOL
