The Greatest Show on Earth.....

We thought this would be the best & easiest way to keep all our family & friends up to date on our day to day happenings in Whistler. We'll try to make a post each day, however we're not going to fool ourselves. We're not young fella's any more and the days are going to be long. But we'll try our best to include as many of the highlights of our adventure of a lifetime as often as possible.

My Turn

Well, after 21, 12 hour days straight it's my turn for a little R&R. Going to take in the euphoria of Whistler & Olympic spirit. Going to watch the 2 man Bobsleigh qualifying runs also. Go Canada!

Wish we could be sharing it together Babe....

Cheers, Olympic Mike

  1. Yesterday's New York Times is reporting that a new food network will go live on May 31, 2010 in the U.S. It will be called "The Cooking Channel" and it will feature chefs from Food Network Canada. The article also mentioned that "Michael Smith" will be the general manager of this new venture.

Any relation to Chef Michael Smith? I know you guys are up to your eyeballs preparing food for thousands each day, but if you get a chance could you quickly ask Chef Smith if he's going to be part of this? His U.S. fans want to see him back on t.v. here.

    Thanks!
